Baked Cheesecake

This Baked Cheesecake topping with some blueberry. The base of the cake is sponge cake.
My coursemate said the taste nicer than Sxxxxx Recipe. Hahaha....

Black Forest Cake

This was done by one of the student in the class. We share it in a group.
Everyone has the chance to do. The decoration does not look like some shops Black Forest Cake which only has few cherries and some chocolate on top.

Play Doll Cake

Learned to do this cake during the class, takes 3 hours. Need to pump the skirt design meticulously but felt very satisfy with it. Happy with the result.
